Ahead of his new exhibition at The Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum end of this month, Brian Donnelly, or better known to most as KAWS, worked with Standard Hotel Group to shed a “little light” on those darken alleyways in the Meat Packing District – limited edition light bulbs. Sold in sets of three, in red, purple, and green filaments, each incandescent features the KAWS’ signature “XX” prominently. Limited to 1000 sets only, the Standard Hotel x KAWS – Limited Edition XX Light Bulbs are available at Standard Shops at Standard Hotels in New York, Miami, and Los Angeles, as well as its online store.
