Decoring Hammers Augmented Reality


O.M.LER produces decoring hammers for foundries in different models based on the type of casting to be decored. They have the function of removing sand from engine components in cast iron, aluminium and steel and from products made using the lost wax casting process.


DORODESIGN® has developed both augmented reality and virtual reality experiences, allowing visitors at GIFA 2023, the leading event for the foundry industry to explore O.M.LER products in a whole new way.

AF1470 DECORING HAMMER

It is lighter thanks to the jacket made of aluminium alloys: it has air and sensor connections in the same area, thus facilitating installation and maintenance. It is available in AF1470/AF1470-MBL/AF1470-MBR versions.

RVC70 DECORING HAMMER

This decoring hammer can remove grit from the inside of any foundry casting, in cast iron, aluminium and steel.

Thanks to its various configurations, this decoring hammer is suitable for removing sand even from castings with a more complex and delicate structure. It is available in RVC70/RVC70-MBL/RVC70-MBR versions. The AIR trim level is available for all three of these versions.

The AIR set-up is vital for rotating decoring machines: thanks to an additional air system, it prevents sand from entering the hammer, so as not to damage it internally.
